1. What the heck is a FAQ anyway?
   FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions.

2. What is an automated email list?
   Subscribing to an email list is like joining an email bulletin board. When you or anyone else in the list sends email to the list-server computer, everyone on the list gets a copy of the message.

3. Who may join 4thDays list?
   This list is a Christian support group made up of people who've been on a Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, Tres Dias, Cursillo or similar "3 day" type weekend.

4. What is the purpose of 4thDays list?
   The list is for your personal prayer requests, your favorite touching stories, Agape/Palanca requests and general discussions about your church, your 4th day community and your 4th days.

5. What things can I send to the list?
   Offered prayers for other list members, your own personal prayer requests, requests for Agape/Palanca for your community, your favorite touching story or poem and general discussions about your church, your 4th day community and your 4th days.

6. What things should NOT be sent to the list?
   Please do NOT send chain letters, virus warnings or any other dire warning. They so often are just not true and they are NOT what this list is about.

7. What else is not appropriate for 4thDays list?
   Political discussions, abortion arguments, non-Christian jokes etc.
   Time and experience have shown that these things are VERY difficult to talk about in a public face to face forum. They are nearly impossible to discuss in a supportive way via e-mail.
   They are NOT what this list is about.
