Walks
The Walk to Emmaus experience begins with prayerful discernment and an invitation from a sponsor. After an individual accepts this invitation, they complete an application.

Application
Easily register by EITHER:
- completing the online form (preferred) OR
- downloading, completing and mailing the Word version from link below.
The $25.00 hold fee is non -refundable and non-transferable. If the full fee is paid in advance for a pilgrim and they do not attend their scheduled Walk, that money (minus the $25.00) can be applied only for that pilgrim for a future Walk. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the Walk, the full fee (Minus the $25.00 deposit) can be refunded. If cancellation or no show 30 days or less before the Walk, no money will be refunded.
The deadline for accepting applications will be Monday at 9:00am the week of the Walk. Any application received after that time will be moved to the next upcoming walk.

TIMING FOR EACH WALK
The events listed below are designed for individuals that have completed an Emmaus or Chrysalis walk. We ask that you not bring visitors or children to these events. They are very specific to the 3-day schedule that we follow from the Upper Room.
Send-Off (Thursday) 7:30pm- GYM
Sponsor’s Hour (Thursday) 7:45pm – Chapel
Candlelight (Saturday) 8:00pm – GYM
Closing (Sunday) 4:30pm -GYM

If you would like to make/provide Agape: Pillow Agape is 20-30 pieces (depending on the number of pilgrims attending) and Table Agape is generally 70 pieces (pilgrims and team). Snack Agape and Drinks are always welcome. Please place homemade goodies in individual portions in baggies.
